When my children ask what I do I say, “I make books.”

From my first days as an assistant editor to my current role as a publishing professional with experience in book development, production, and distribution, I have spent the past twenty years working with authors in all stages of book creation to deliver concrete, fully realized books to readers. I have worked with mainstream publishers such as McGraw-Hill Education, Pearson Education, and Simon and Schuster, as well as niche, independent publishers like Manning Publications and Scribe Media.

I am passionate about leveraging my expertise to empower authors to take control of their own publishing journeys so that they too can say, “I make books.”
